Spray Engineering Devices Limited will exhibit its zero liquid discharge and water recovery systems for semiconductor and photovoltaic manufacturers at SEMICON India 2026 in New Delhi from September 17 to 19. The company will present its patented MVR-based Low Temperature Evaporation LTE® technology, designed for high-recovery industrial applications. SED will be located at Booth H7031 at Yashobhoomi, the India International Convention & Expo Centre. The systems are intended for greenfield and brownfield facilities seeking to reuse more process water while reducing energy consumption.

Water Recovery for Manufacturing

Semiconductor manufacturing uses water for wafer cleaning, chemical processing and utility operations, creating wastewater streams that require treatment and high recovery rates. SED’s LTE® technology supports water reuse and Zero Liquid Discharge, or ZLD, systems for semiconductor and solar manufacturing plants.

SED works with semiconductor and solar manufacturers, EPC contractors and project developers to engineer integrated evaporation and water recovery systems. The company said its designs account for individual plant process requirements, wastewater characteristics, utility configurations and sustainability objectives.

Booth H7031 Discussions

Visitors can meet SED engineering specialists at Booth H7031 to discuss plant-specific water management, utility integration, ZLD strategies and process optimization. The company says it is trusted by global companies such as Gradiant, VA Tech Wabag and Ion Exchange.

Mr. Vimarsh Verma, Director at SED, said:

“Water infrastructure has become as strategic as production infrastructure. Manufacturers investing in tomorrow's semiconductor and solar facilities cannot afford to treat water management as an afterthought. The plants that recover more water, consume less energy and design for long-term sustainability will ultimately be the most competitive. SEMICON India 2026 provides the ideal platform to discuss how these engineering decisions can create lasting value,”

Integrated Plant Systems

SED specializes in energy-efficient evaporation, drying, wastewater treatment and ZLD technologies across semiconductor, solar, chemical, pharmaceutical, sugar and biofuel industries. At SEMICON India, its focus will be on evaporation-based water recovery systems that can be integrated into new and existing semiconductor and photovoltaic facilities.
